JOB TARGET:
- Card Product and Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, management, and optimization of card products/ revolving product, including strategic planning, market analysis, product development, and ensuring the profitability and competitive positioning of card products, build a business plan and coordinate with units to implement sale plan.
MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIE:
- Directly responsible for directing, building credit card product strategies. Develops and implements marketing plan to drive bussiness growth and bussiness strategy from time to time
- Build up business requirements descriptions for card products/features/processes, analyze the system's responsiveness; participate in deploying, testing, product/feature acceptance together with related departments and 3rd parties
- Market and Customer research to build competitive card products and card features in line with the card business orientation. Develop processes, regulations, on the issuance, usage and payment of cards
- Monitors and evaluates sales results and effectiveness metrics of the Credit Card products (CBA, SWOT analysis), proposes changes to improve sales results, effectiveness and optimal mix of sales channels
- Manage, develop criteria and criteria for selecting customers to maximize business productivity as well as debt quality
- Manange periodic and extraordinary reports related to card products and services
- Responsible for setting up sales and volume plans, financial plans and budget for Credit Card products and tracks their performance versus budget, ensuring achievement of plans
- Creates Credit Card sales, usage, activation, retention and other promotion campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and Communication department
- Performing other assigned tasks as directed by line manager
