OBJECTIVES:
- Lead and oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Strengthen accounting governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
- Advise CFO on accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory matters.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Direct full-cycle accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with VAS, IFRS, tax regulations, and relevant laws
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting processes.
- Manage relationships with regional finance teams and other internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters, systems, and projects.
- Strengthen accounting controls, accounting policies, and risk management processes.
- Provide financial insights and accounting perspectives to support management in planning, decision-making, and risk management.
- Lead and oversee accounting-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational effectiveness, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop accounting team members.
- Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
