OBJECTIVES

• Lead and oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Strengthen accounting governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Advise CFO on accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Direct full-cycle accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with VAS, IFRS, tax regulations, and relevant laws
• Oversee month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting processes.
• Manage relationships with regional finance teams and other internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters, systems, and projects.
• Strengthen accounting controls, accounting policies, and risk management processes.
• Provide financial insights and accounting perspectives to support management in planning, decision-making, and risk management.
• Lead and oversee accounting-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational effectiveness, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members.
• Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing or related majors.

• Certificate of Chief accountant is required. ACCA/CMA/CPA is an advantage

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting within credit institutions, including 3 years in management.

• Strong understanding of VAS, IFRS, Tax, System and banking operations.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills in English.

• Strong leadership, hands-on mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
