OBJECTIVES

Support the Chief Accountant in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure efficient execution of daily accounting activities and reporting processes.
Contribute to accounting transformation, process improvement, and system enhancement initiatives.

MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review accounting, tax, and regulatory reports in compliance with VAS, IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Manage daily accounting operations and support month-end/year-end closing processes.
Liaise with regional finance teams and other internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters, systems, and projects.
Coordinate reconciliation, accounting controls, and data validation processes.
Support management decision-making through financial analysis and reporting insights.
Participate in accounting and business projects, ensuring operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
Assist the Chief Accountant in team management, process improvement, and ad-hoc assignments.
Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing or related majors
ACCA/CMA/CPA/CA is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting within credit institutions, including 3 years in management.
Strong understanding of VAS, IFRS, Tax, System and banking operations.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
