OBJECTIVES
- Support the Chief Accountant in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure efficient execution of daily accounting activities and reporting processes.
- Contribute to accounting transformation, process improvement, and system enhancement initiatives.
MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review accounting, tax, and regulatory reports in compliance with VAS, IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage daily accounting operations and support month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with regional finance teams and other internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters, systems, and projects.
- Coordinate reconciliation, accounting controls, and data validation processes.
- Support management decision-making through financial analysis and reporting insights.
- Participate in accounting and business projects, ensuring operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Assist the Chief Accountant in team management, process improvement, and ad-hoc assignments.
- Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
