OBJECTIVES

  • Support the Chief Accountant in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure efficient execution of daily accounting activities and reporting processes.
  • Contribute to accounting transformation, process improvement, and system enhancement initiatives.

MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review accounting, tax, and regulatory reports in compliance with VAS, IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage daily accounting operations and support month-end/year-end closing processes.
  • Liaise with regional finance teams and other internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters, systems, and projects.
  • Coordinate reconciliation, accounting controls, and data validation processes.
  • Support management decision-making through financial analysis and reporting insights.
  • Participate in accounting and business projects, ensuring operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist the Chief Accountant in team management, process improvement, and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing or related majors
  • ACCA/CMA/CPA/CA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting within credit institutions, including 3 years in management.
  • Strong understanding of VAS, IFRS, Tax, System and banking operations.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
