Job Description

  • Synthesize weekly, monthly and yearly reports of the unit
  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of the training team's work
  • Synthesize documents issued on products and build product summaries, communication sales process to all sales units
  • Coordinating with departments of the Division on proposing solutions, internal training to improve the professional quality of business units
  • Monitor reports, interact with the training team and Sales Units in the Traditional Sales Division, control aggregated issues and send reasonable proposals in accordance with SHB FC's processes and regulations of Traditional Sales Division to relevant departments
  • Coordinate the development of courses on the EL system and control the quality of courses for the Traditional Sales Division
  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed by superiors when they arise

Job Requirement

A. Knowledge, Experience

  • Degree: Graduated from university or higher majoring in Economics, Finance,... or other related fields.
  • Experience: At least  1 years of team managementgement and 2 years of experience
  • Language: Basic english communication or Toeic 300 or equipvalent degree
  • Understanding the company's products, services, and policies: Understanding of products and services of the credit finance industry Knowledge of sales models

B. Competencies and professional skills

  • Statistics and reporting skills
  • Ability to evaluate and establish training procedures and regulations
  • Ability to work towards results
  • Ability to work in a team/organization
