Job Description

Job Objective

  • Lead the plan, collection and classification of business data arising in operational processes of the Digital Sales Division.
  • Lead the development of Business Performance Evaluation Model for Digital Business Partners / Sales Channels/ Projects based on collected data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance, Portfolio, Customer Value Management, Risk Division to develop and implement strategic digital sales plans to achieve digital sales volume, PnL, Risk and quality of portfolio targets
  • Define and analyze the full lifecycle impact of digital business, including growth sources and mobile app performance, such as user retention and monetization
  • Monitor and continuously improve sales performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy across all reports and business intelligence systems
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align data-driven sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain and update performance dashboards and reports for leadership review.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales planning and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate data tracking and own the digital sales data lifecycle from acquisition to retention and monetization.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by management from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • BA or Master (preferred). Major: Economic, Banking, Marketing, Technology
  • At least 05 years of professional experience at companies in E-commerce, Digital Banking, Consumer Finance, Fintech/Edutech/Insurtech, etc. 

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Skill in Designing and implementing the dashboards and report by Google, Power BI,...
  • Familiar with SQL, Python, Pivot Excel and running queries for data analysis, period report and ad-hoc report
  • Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
  • Result-oriented work capability
  • Creativity and continuous improvement ability
  • Logical thinking ability

Other requirements 

  • Have a detailed understanding of the requirements of the organization's products and services.
  • Able to develop the organization's processes and operational procedures.
  • Proficient in Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing. Equivalent to a TOEIC score of 255-400 or other equivalent certifications.
