Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competition to enhance platform capabilities.
- Build business cases for new features and improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with partners and internal teams to gather requirements and turn them into actionable plans.
- Lead vendor and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely execution.
Product Development & Execution
- Partner with engineering teams to drive feature development, ensure timely delivery, and resolve roadblocks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive platform experiences.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog.
- Develop test cases, conduct user testing, and refine the platform based on feedback.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure platform compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Prepare internal regulatory documents to meet compliance requirements.
* Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or an equivalent qualification) in Economics, Banking, Marketing, or Technology.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at e-commerce companies, digital banking institutions, or consumer finance organizations.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- In-depth understanding of products and services in the consumer finance and banking sectors.
* Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of software development, programming, and design.
- Expertise in product development architecture.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- Proficiency in product backlog management.
* Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple departments, including Domain Architect, Solution Architect, Engineering, Operations, Data, Risk, Digital Sales, Legal, and Compliance.
