Job Description

Manage and manage all aspects of the unit’s operations, including personnel management and performance outcomes.
Responsible for assigning tasks and ensuring the completion of requirements related to the development, construction, and implementation of products/features within the assigned business scope.
Manage market research, trend analysis, and propose product development strategies aligned with the company’s direction. Develop product portfolios by customer segments based on market needs and opportunities, thereby defining product positioning and strengthening competitive advantage in the short, medium, and long term
Lead the coordination with relevant units in developing policies for new and existing products, and oversee the execution of product launch to the market.
Serve as the key coordinator with partners in developing and building co-branded card products, and work with solution providers to deliver policies and support solutions for card products.
Collaborate with Internal Units to conduct internal training/coaching, and coordinate with Marketing to implement multi-channel communication and promotion
Responsible for training operations and providing career development guidance for personnel within the unit’s scope of management.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Audit units to review and adjust policies periodically. Ensure full compliance with regulations issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, international card schemes, and applicable law

Job Requirement

A. Knowledge, Experience

Qualification: University graduate or higher, preferably in other relevant economic disciplines such as Finance, Banking, …
Experience: At least 3 years of management exprerince in card product. Preferably in card product development of the Finacial instituation (FIs company)
Language: Toeic English from 605 points or equivalent
Understanding the company's products, services, and policies: Detail understanding of the card products and card services' requirement , Ability to develop processes, operations, and operate credit card products and busines

B. Competencies and professional skills

Understanding of systems and technical thinking about card products
Understanding of laws, regulations, and circulars related to card business including any updates or changes
Able to connect and advise on solutions for card business activities
Communication and media abilities
Creativity and continuous improvement
Logical thinking ability
Ability to plan and organize
