OBJECTIVES:
- Data Architecture: Build and optimize modern data architecture on Oracle/PostgreSQL/StarRocks.
- Data Governance: Establish comprehensive data quality, security, and governance standards.
- Data Committee:Operate the Data Committee to align strategies and resolve cross-functional data issues
MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the vision and roadmap for data architecture. Ensure alignment with corporate strategic goals and the EA framework (TOGAF/BIAN).
- Responsible for approving and consulting on data modeling solutions for DWH/DTM platforms (StarRocks, Oracle), and establishing schema design standards (Star, Snowflake) to optimize performance for analytical workloads.
- Build end-to-end data lineage maps from source systems (LOS, CRM, Web, Mobile App...) to final reports. Ensure data transparency and traceability.
- Implement Master Data Management for core entities (Customer, Loan). Build a centralized Data Catalog/Metadata repository.
- Define DQ metrics (Accuracy, Completeness, Timeliness). Set up automated monitoring and alerting systems for data anomalies.
- Ensure data architecture complies with SBV regulations and data privacy laws. Enforce Data Masking/Encryption policies.
- Manage data workstreams in major projects (e.g., DWH Revamp). Coordinate with solution vendors (StarRocks, Oracle, Cloud).
- Act as a bridge between IT and Business. Train business units on data literacy and governance compliance.
- Prepare agendas and facilitate periodic Data Committee meetings; track the implementation of Committee resolutions across the organization.
- Build the team, provide technical mentoring in Data Modeling and SQL tuning. Resolve technical conflicts within the team.
