1. Technology Strategy & Transformation
- Collaborate with the CIO to define and execute SHBFinance’s technology and digital development strategy in alignment with KS Bank’s strategic direction.
- Lead modernization of legacy systems toward cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices architectures.
- Ensure seamless technology integration and alignment with KS Bank’s group IT standards and best practices.
- Explore and adopt innovative technologies such as AI, data analytics, process automation, and digital lending platforms to enhance competitiveness and efficiency.
2. Software Development & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle — from solution design to implementation and release.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.
- Manage internal and external (vendor/partner) development teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality systems on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with business units to translate business requirements into robust and efficient technology solutions.
3. Standards, Policies, and Compliance Alignment
- Ensure all development activities adhere to SHBFinance’s and KS Bank’s IT policies, architecture standards, and GRC guidelines.
- Promote a culture of compliance with established frameworks while driving agility and innovation in technology delivery.
- Coordinate with the GRC, Security, and IT Operations teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient system development practices.
4. Leadership & People Development
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams across multiple disciplines (software engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps).
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability within the Information Division.
- Identify and nurture future leaders within the IT organization to sustain long-term growth and transformation capacity.
