OBJECTIVES
- Organize, manage, guide and implement accounting, planning, reporting the financial position, and accounting regimes throughout the company inaccordance with the Law and the Company's management requirements.
- Advise BOD on the development and implementation of financial mechanisms and policies, and financial supervision in the company.
- Manage operations related to capital support and general accounting
MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and direct the accounting apparatus:
+ Build an accounting system to support business activities and comply with legal regulations
+ Build accounting procedures and policies
+ Build regulations on document control rotation
+ Review and update policies to ensure accounting policies are consistent with regulations and standards
- Direct and control accounting work:
+ Payment/advance of internal expenditure transactions, payment to suppliers, payment of commissions to partners...
+ Management of receivables and payables
+ Monitoring internal expenditures to ensure approved expenditure plans
- Manage assets, tools and equipment in terms of value, calculate and account for allocation/depreciation according to regulations of the Ministry of Finance Participate in periodic inventory of fixed assets, tools and equipment according to regulations
- Prepare and present financial statements according to the regulations of the State Bank.
- Guidance on periodic financial settlement work according to the provisions of law
- Direct and control the implementation of tax reporting and tax-related procedures
- Participate in building the Company's core banking project: Conduct business analysis, design accounting flowcharts, test transactions in the UAT phase...
- Regularly update legal documents, new knowledge on banking finance and accounting
- Advanced training on financial management
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager (participate in union activities, mobilize and support personnel) in accordance with capacity and scope of work
- Comply with regulations, processes and rules related to work performed and take responsibility for errors and risks caused by incorrect performance by individuals

POSITION STANDARD - REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Finance and other related majors
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking accounting experience, 3 years of management experience from department level or above
- Language: Good communication at work
- Deep understanding of business accounting, internal expenditure accounting and generalaccounting
- Understanding of banking operations; Mastering financial regimes, accounting standards;regulations and legal limitations on banking activities
- Work management skills; communication with departments within the company and communication with authorities
- Experience in financial management and banking accounting
- Building a team of professional staff; assigning scientific work
