Product Ownership – eOffice System
Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for eOffice, ensuring it meets business needs and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth implementation.
Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and development teams to enhance user experience, automation, and integration with other systems.
Monitor system performance, user adoption, and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful implementation and usage of eOffice.
Project Management – Digital Transformation Initiatives
Lead small-to-medium digital transformation projects that optimize workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve efficiency.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Risk, and Business Units to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify challenges and risks, proactively mitigating issues to ensure project success.
Track KPIs and project impact, ensuring alignment with the firm’s digital transformation strategy.
5-7 years of working experience, preferably in banking, finance, or enterprise systems.
Decent experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership.
Exposure to document management systems or workflow automation is a plus.
Able to influence and align stakeholders across different departments.
Identifies and mitigates risks and roadblocks before they escalate.
Adapts quickly to changing priorities, regulations, or business requirements.
Understands business process automation, workflow systems, and enterprise IT solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Takes responsibility for system performance, project outcomes, and user adoption.
Proficiency in English (reading and writing required; speaking and listening are optional).
