Job Objective
Play a key role in designing, managing, and automating business workflows, credit assessment policies, principles, and supporting tools on the system – ensuring assessment operations run efficiently, accurately, securely, and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Implementation: Collaborate with internal departments and partners throughout project development, testing, Go-live support, and post-implementation operations.
- Process Setup & Automation: Design, configure, and automate workflows, assessment policies, and tools to ensure accuracy, security, and objectivity.
- Risk Management Tools Development: Build models, calculation tools, and automated reports to monitor and analyze portfolio risk indicators.
- Data Standardization & Process Optimization: Participate in systemizing, enriching, and standardizing data to improve data quality and project efficiency.
- System Quality Assurance: Conduct UAT testing, assess and promptly update system configurations when changes or issues arise during operation.
- Process Improvement: Identify issues and propose optimization solutions to enhance system automation and operational performance.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Organize internal training sessions, share expertise, and consolidate progress and performance reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance & Banking, Information Management, Operations Research, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, system testing, or project implementation.
- Good command of English communication.
- Solid understanding of consumer financial products and services.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, etc.
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying automation solutions to optimize operational processes.
- Good understanding of project workflows and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
