Mô tả công việc

Control the compliance of credit content in product documents to minimize product loopholes and receive suggestions from relevant departments to make products more competitive or simplify the product policy implementation process while ensuring compliance
Establish specific criteria and documentation requirements for each product to mitigate risks. Implement tailored inspection procedures to address the unique needs of each customer segment.
Promulgate credit bulletins incorporating with Underwriting and Approval Center to ensure the underwriting and approval process comply with regulation.
Based on analyzed data and observations, propose adjustments to product policies to ensure risks are within acceptable limits.
Collaborate with Customer Value Management Division and/or Sales Divisions (Traditional Sales Division, Digital Sales Division) and relevant unit in building product policies. Provide comments related to risks and propose adjustments to any shortcomings in the product.
Coordinate with relevant departments on credit risk control through system changes for new and modified products.
Monitor credit risk control criteria for each product, ensuring that policies align with each segment's specific customer needs while maintaining overall risk management and control
Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

A. Knowledge, Education

Qualification: University degree or equivalent in a relevant field of finance, economics, or banking.
Experience: At least 3 years experience in Risk, Loan origination system. At least 1 year in management experience
Language: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
Competencies and professional skills

B. Competencies and professional skills

Ability to project management and implementation.
Experience in identifying risk and potential issues through conducting gap analysis of each product process.
Experience in working on multiple projects at one time.
Strong understanding of Risk management for each product
Analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and also as team member.
