JOB TARGET:
Lead and drive recruitment & sourcing strategies to ensure timely, high-quality, and sustainable talent acquisition aligned with SHBFinance’s business plan and growth strategy.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition & Sourcing team; build team capability, optimize resource allocation, and ensure performance delivery against KPIs.
- Ensure department operations comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc. and service quality commitments (SLAs).
- Develop and implement short- and long-term recruitment strategies aligned with the unit’s workforce planning and growth objectives.
- Monitoring recruitment operations across all levels, ensuring timely and quality hiring while optimizing recruitment costs.
- Participate in developing regulations, procedures, and guidelines within the unit's functional scope and ensure that the unit's operations are consistent with the Company's policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Work with personnel recruitment service providers (if any) on each specific recruitment need.
- Participate in developing and implementing employer branding to position SHBFinance as the top choice employer in the financial services industry.
- Implement periodic recruitment reports of the unit in charge by month, quarter, year and upon request.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the HRBP Manager, Director of Human Resources Division.

- University graduate or above.
- Have at least 7 years of experiences, including 2 years of being in-charge Talent Acquisition management in companies with over 1000 employees.
