Bước 1: Điền vào Mẫu thông tin ứng viên SHB Finance , tải mẫu tại đây,
Bước 2: Chọn nút "Nộp Đơn" bên trên để ứng tuyển.
Bước 3: Sau khi hoàn tất bước nộp đơn, check email của Bạn được gửi từ Tuyển dụng SHB Finance – Thư xác nhận ứng tuyển thành công để nắm thông tin và hướng dẫn tuyển dụng tại SHB Finance.

A. Product
- X-sell Cash Loan products development and management
- Accountable for X-sell Cash Loans Value Proposition to customer
- Implementation of different pilots on product pricing, limits and processes effectiveness
- Enhancement of X-sell Cash Loan Products Value Proposition by regular assessment (pilots, customer feedbacks/surveys, market analysis)
- Implementation of Customer Insight analysis in cooperation with Marketing
B. Process
- Development of X-sell process and solutions for better customer journey
- Communication channels management to ensure designed offers delivery to customers
- Participation on development of CRM solutions with related department
- Sales channels management and optimization for X-sell cash loan products with focus of effectiveness
- Responsibility on Customer Journey for X-sell Cash Loan products
C. Reporting/Analytics
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for performance tracking of X-sell Cash loan products in cooperation with Data Analytics teams
- Segmentation of customer base for better offering and designing of X-sell cash loan products
- Regular evaluation of Products (pricing, limits…), Processes and Sales channels performance
- Evaluation of different pilots on product, processes and sales channels
- Ad-hoc requests to prepare reports/analytics
A. Knowledge and Experience
1. Degree: University graduated or above, preferably in other relevant economic disciplines such as IT, Math, Finance, Banking, ..
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Experience in consumer finance or banking in business divisions such as sales, products, CRM or customer
- Experience in product/sales/process performance management
3. Foreign language: Intermediate or Advanced level of English, can be proven by experience of working in international companies
4. Understanding the unit's products, services, and policies: Detail understanding of the Consumer Finance Products and Processes. Understanding of general concept of CRM and X-sell
