Content Creation (Multichannel)
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for a range of digital platforms (web, social media, email,…)
- Create engaging, informative, and shareable content that drives traffic and engagement
- Tailor content to specific target audiences, ensuring that messaging resonates across different platforms and channels
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) to align content with business objectives
- Manage content calendars and production timelines to ensure timely delivery of content across all channel
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the best-performing content formats, topics, and strategies
UI Content Development
- Collaborate with UX/UI design teams to create concise, user-centric copy for interfaces (e.g., website, mobile apps,…)
- Develop content for UI elements such as navigation menus, buttons, tooltips, error messages, onboarding screens, and instructional text.
- Participate in design and user flow discussions to align copy with visual elements and the overall user journey.
Lead gen & Conversion Optimization
- Create compelling content that speaks directly to the pain points, needs, and interests of potential leads, focusing on driving lead capture through forms, downloads, or sign-ups.
- Optimize content for lead nurturing
- Continuously monitor and optimize content for lead generation performance, adapting strategies to improve conversion rates and meet business objectives.
Content for Sales Enablement
- Develop content that supports the sales team in converting leads, such as case studies, product demos, customer testimonials, and FAQs
- Create content for various stages of the sales funnel (top of the funnel, middle of the funnel, and bottom of the funnel)
Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or an equivalent qualification) in Economics, Banking, Marketing, or Technology.
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience at similar position at e-commerce companies, Digital Banking, Consumer Finance, Fintech, Edutech, Insutech, etc..
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
- In-depth understanding of products and services in the consumer finance and banking sectors.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Content writing and editing skills, as well as multichannel content management, knowledge of Marketing and Branding
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple departments, including Domain Architect, Solution Architect, Engineering, Operations, Data, Risk, Digital Sales, Legal, and Compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
