IT Audit Expert

1. JOB OBJECTIVE

• Complete the approved on-site audit plan by participating in IT audit job as assigned by Head of Internal Audit; raised the outstanding issues and violations of professional activities discovered through the on-site audit.
• Complete assigned tasks in monitoring post-audit rectification activities.

2. MAIN TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct risk assessment on IT activities and support Head of Internal Audit with annual IT audit planning

• Develop detailed audit plans for each IT audit engagement, including but not limited to: preliminary audit analysis, risk assessment and identification of key controls for the audited activities, preparation of detailed audit programs, audit sampling, and assignment of audit tasks.
• Play role of audit team manager when conducting audit of IT project, IT security, IT infrastructure (network, server, operating systems, data base, applications, core system, IT environment...)
• Report to Head of internal audit about audit findings and recommendations to improve internal control systems in IT activities
• Recommend to Head of Internal audit the solution to rectify audit issue recommendation.

POSITION STANDARDS

• University degree or higher with majors in IT.
• Have working experience in finance, banking or auditing for at least 08 years; of which working in IT area for minimum 3 years.
• Have experience in data processing and analysis: working with data warehouse, using data analysis tool like SQL, Python, PowerBI
• Use English effectively in the workplace
• Have knowledge of IT infrastructure & IT security in banking sector; Know how to coordinate with other
