OBJECTIVES:
Bridging the gap between IT capabilities and Business objectives. Responsible for understanding the needs of stakeholders, such as Sales managers, Underwriting officers, Operation officers and IT professionals, and translating these requirements into technical solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to IT systems and applications. This involves understanding current workflows, identifying pain points, and defining clear and concise requirements that address business needs.
- Stakeholders Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate clear communication and understanding. Ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solution Analysis and Design: Work with IT architects to propose IT solutions that meet business requirements. Analyze IT systems and business models. This may involve creating functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and other documentation to outline the scope and functionality of the proposed solution.
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Requirement Document (URD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and other documents.
- Provide guidance for Junior Business Analyst.
- Stay updated on industry trends, markets changes, and new technologies.

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Economy or relevant majors.
- At least 01 year of experience as a IT BA with good experience in manual testing for web- based, desktop applications, and backend services.
- English: Proficient in 4 skills.
- Knowledge in banking and finance industry, prefer LOS, CRM system.
- Proficient in Business Analysis Techniques and proficiency in writing use cases, user stories and sequence diagram that effectively communicate user requirements to technical teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g: Agile/Scrum). Experience in project management and knowledge of relevant methodologies.
- Proficient in technical documentation standards, including system architecture, data models, and API documentation such as Open API, Blueprint, etc
- Proficient in BPMN, DMN, database schema, system communication protocols such as HTTP, Restfull API, Web Service, …etc.
- Proficient in visualization languages and tools, such as draw.io, BPMN modler (e.g: Camuda Modler), DMN, UML, Entity Relationship diagram, Dataflow diagram, …etc
- Advanced technical skills, including understanding of software development and database systems.
- Understand the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Knowledge of DWH and Cloud Platform and Banking systems (Core Banking, LOS, BPM, ECM, Card System…) is a plus
