Mô tả công việc

1. OBJECTIVE

The Enterprise Architecture Team Leader is responsible for leading the team in developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework that aligns IT strategy with business objectives. This role involves managing and developing team members, designing scalable and robust architectural solutions to ensure system integration, interoperability, and security. The Team Leader drives technology innovation, optimizes IT operations, establishes IT standards and governance, and plays a key role in enhancing business processes and creating a competitive advantage for the organization. is responsible for leading the team in developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework that aligns IT strategy with business objectives. This role involves managing and developing team members, designing scalable and robust architectural solutions to ensure system integration, interoperability, and security. The Team Leader drives technology innovation, optimizes IT operations, establishes IT standards and governance, and plays a key role in enhancing business processes and creating a competitive advantage for the organization.

2. MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Solution Design: Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and project managers to define solution requirements, objectives, and scope. Create comprehensive solution designs that address these requirements while considering scalability and future needs. Creating high-level solution designs that meet the business requirements and align with the company's long-term technology strategy. 

- Technology Evaluation: Research and assess emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to ensure that the proposed solutions are aligned with industry best practices and advancements. 

- Architecture Development: Create detailed technical architecture blueprints, outlining system components, interfaces, and infrastructure requirements. Ensure that the architecture adheres to security, performance, and compliance standards. 

- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, system diagrams, and other relevant documents to support the development process. 

- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technical risks and challenges in projects and develop mitigation strategies.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the implementation of best practices and architectural principles. 

- System Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across multiple platforms. 

- Scalability and Performance: Design solutions that are scalable, reliable, and performant, capable of handling the growth and demands of the consumer finance industry. 

- Security and Compliance: Ensure that all solutions meet the highest standards of security and compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

- Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in consumer finance and apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions. 

- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to guide the implementation of the proposed architecture, providing technical leadership, and addressing any design or implementation issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, and project managers, to understand requirements and provide architectural guidance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Industry certifications such as TOGAF or Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus. 

- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, including at least 2 years of team management experience.

- Business proficient level of English (TOEIC, IELTS certificates or equivalent) to attend meetings with non Vietnamese stakeholders, provide support to applications, help team to take the best decision and document your work. 

- Preferably in the insurance, banking, or consumer finance industry. Having knowledge about finance industry, familiar various business domains of CRM, finance and accounting, loan origination & management, …etc is plus. 

- Software & Hardware Architecture, Cloud Computing and System Integration: In-depth knowledge of software/hardware architecture, cloud computing, integration technologies, enterprise architecture and scalability.

- Programming Principles and Software Development: Knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns (GoF), programming languages (Java, .NET, Go, Python, Node.js), Agile/DevOps/CI-CD methodologies, and frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, Flutter).

- Security and Problem-Solving: Strong foundation in security knowledge for enterprise systems and services; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design solutions meeting business requirements.

- Agile Methodologies and Enterprise Standards: Experience in agile development environments; ability to establish and develop enterprise standards and policies.
