OBJECTIVES:
- Organize, implementation direct, supervise and urge compliance with regulations within the Department in charge.
- Monitor and update the units' compliance with regulations, and report to the Company's Board of - - Managers on risks in complying with the Company's legal regulations.
- Support the Legal & Compliance Director in organizing, managing and operating the Department's activities.
MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implement works in compliance with legal regulations:
- Research and comment on draft legal regulations;
- Update, assess the impact, understand and analyze new legal regulations to the Board of Manager and relevant Units;
- Monitor and update the Company's compliance with the new legal regulations.
2. Implement works in compliance with internal regulations:
- Evaluate and give legal opinions on the Company's internal regulations;
- Build and manage the Company's internal document system;
- Draft and edit the Company's internal regulations on issues that the Unit is in charge of.
3. Coordinate with other Units of the Department to implement the report compliance risk issues according to the requirements of the Board of Manager and Parent Bank.
4. Report to the Legal & Compliance Director/Board of Manager on the results/progress of assigned/assigned tasks periodically or as requested by competent authorities.
5. Implement compliance with general regulations according to the direction of the Board of Manager.
6. Implement training programs and programs to improve regulatory compliance for employees of the Company.

A. Knowledge, Experience
- Graduated from University or higher with major in Law
- Management: from 03 - 05 years of management experience.
- Expertise: 5 years of experience in related field; Understand all legal operations of the business, with priority given to having experience working in a credit institution
- Language: TOEIC 405-600 or other equivalent degrees
- Understanding the company's products, services, and policies
- Understand the functions and operations of SHB FC: Understand the basic functions and operations of SHB FC;
- Understand the consumer credit business: Understand the basics of consumer credit business.
