JOB TARGET:
- Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all product development activities, including market needs assessment, product design, feature optimization, operational policy development, and cross-functional execution. Ensures that products align with business strategy, drive revenue growth, and deliver superior customer experience.
- Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all activities to Card acquisition Unit, including but not limited to managing and developing all sales channels, optimizing processes, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with product-related procedures and rules, and collaborating with relevant units to enhance brand awareness and implement sales, promotion, and installment programs to increase usage rates and improve customer experience for credit card and revolving credit products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage overall unit operations, including personnel management, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and execute card and revolving credit product strategies in line with business objectives; conduct market research and trend analysis, and define product positioning by customer segment.
- Lead the development, enhancement, and launch of new and existing products; coordinate with relevant units to establish and implement product policies.
- Act as the key coordinator with partners and solution providers to develop co-branded card products and supporting solutions.
- Build issuance plans by region and customer segment; collaborate with business units to deliver product training, sales communication, and marketing support across POS and digital channels.
- Design, update, and manage commission, incentive, and promotional programs (including discounts, installment offers, and activation/usage campaigns) to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and supervise distribution channels to ensure high-quality sales consultation and compliance with internal processes, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate process improvements and system tool deployment to shorten processing time, enhance customer experience, and strengthen operational controls.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance by channel and individual; analyze results, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions to improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and customer retention.
- Lead internal training, coaching, and career development initiatives for team members within the scope of management.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Audit units to periodically review and update policies, ensuring full compliance with regulations issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, international card schemes, and applicable laws.

- University graduate or higher, preferably in other relevant economic disciplines such as Finance, Banking, …
- At least 3 years of management experience in card development or card acquisition
- Toeic English from 605 points or equivalent
- Detail understanding of the card products and card services' requirement. Ability to develop processes, operations, and operate credit card products and business
- Understanding of laws, regulations, and circulars related to card business including any updates or changes
