Nhiệm vụ, trách nhiệm chính / Main mission and responsibilities

• Nhận diện các điểm yếu trong quy trình dễ bị lợi dụng để gian lận; tham gia đánh giá rủi ro và đề xuất biện pháp kiểm soát phù hợp.
  Identify weaknesses in processes that are vulnerable to fraud; participate in risk assessment and propose appropriate control measures.
• Sử dụng công cụ phân tích dữ liệu phát hiện, nhận diện hành vi nghi ngờ gian lận đạt tỷ lệ chuẩn xác cao.
  Utilize data analytics tools to detect and identify suspicious fraudulent activities with a high level of accuracy.
• Tham gia xây dựng, rà soát các quy trình, quy định nghiệp vụ nhằm ngăn ngừa rủi ro và gian lận; đảm bảo quy trình vừa hiệu quả vừa phù hợp với thực tế vận hành.
  Participate in the development and review of operational processes and procedures to prevent risks and fraud; ensure processes are both effective and aligned with actual operations.
• Hướng dẫn các bộ phận vận hành xây dựng điểm kiểm soát, nhận diện rủi ro và triển khai biện pháp phòng ngừa gian lận; nâng cao nhận thức tuân thủ trong toàn tổ chức.
  Guide operational departments in building control points, identifying risks, and implementing fraud prevention measures; enhance compliance awareness across the organization.
• Theo dõi dữ liệu, phát hiện sớm các dấu hiệu rủi ro, xu hướng gian lận; lập báo cáo và đưa ra khuyến nghị cải tiến kiểm soát cho cấp quản lý.
  Monitor data to detect early signs of risk or fraud trends; prepare reports and provide control improvement recommendations to management.
• Làm việc cùng các phòng ban nội bộ và cơ quan chức năng (khi cần) trong công tác điều tra, xử lý vụ việc và khắc phục các điểm rủi ro đã phát sinh.
  Collaborate with internal departments and, when necessary, with regulatory authorities to investigate, handle incidents, and address identified operational risks.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ bao gồm và không giới hạn theo phân công của cấp quản lý.
  Carry out tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, without limitation and as directed by managerial discretion.

Yêu cầu trình độ | Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các ngành: Kinh tế, Tài chính, Kế toán – Kiểm toán, Luật hoặc các ngành có liên quan.
  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting – Auditing, Law, or other related fields.

Năng lực, kỹ năng chuyên môn | Professional Competencies and Skills

• Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến kiểm soát nội bộ, quản trị rủi ro, phòng chống gian lận hoặc tuân thủ trong ngành tài chính – ngân hàng.
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal control, risk management, fraud prevention, or compliance in the financial or banking sector.
• Am hiểu sản phẩm, dịch vụ tài chính, ngân hàng.
  Solid understanding of financial and banking products and services.
• Nắm vững các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến tuân thủ, rủi ro hoạt động là một lợi thế.
  Familiarity with legal regulations related to compliance and operational risks is a strong advantage.
