Job Description

Lead financial impact analysis of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Drive initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency in sales, underwriting, and loan performance
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to provide management with insights on: sales and collection performance, employee productivity, incentive programs, and the profitability of new products and campaigns via Lime-time profitability model…
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
Oversee financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Operational Planning, 3-years and 5 years planning
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to enhance performance.
Collaborate with key departments to ensure alignment on financial initiatives.
Serve as a key financial advisor to business units, supporting decision-making processes.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred); Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, FRM) is a plus
5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in commercial finance and with experience in planning and analysis
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL and financial software applications
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
