JOB TARGET:
Lead and manage HRBP operations to ensure effective HR service delivery, strong employee relations management, legal compliance, and risk control, supporting stable and sustainable business operations of SHBFinance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, disputes, complaints, and terminations, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies; proactively identify people-related risks and recommend preventive actions.
- Oversee and ensure accurate execution of HR operational processes including onboarding, transfers, appointments, salary adjustments, and offboarding...
- Partner with business leaders to advise on disciplinary cases, performance issues, restructuring, workforce optimization, and workforce stability.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a compliant, disciplined, and engaged working environment.
- Monitor and analyze people metrics such as turnover, disciplinary cases, and manpower costs to provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage performance evaluation, rewards, and talent development.
- Manage and develop the HRBP team to ensure high-quality HR operations and advisory services.
Prepare reports on the human resources activities of management units and submit them to the heads of the respective units as required.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Chief Human Resources Officer and the HRBP Manager.

- University or above degree in economics, human resource management, law, or other related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including 2 years in HRBP management, human resources operations, or equivalent HR management positions.
- Use English effectively in the workplace.

- Conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of labor law and human resource management.
