Job Description

  • Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, onboard, and manage new business models and channels that drive significant business volume and revenue growth.
  •  
  • Partnership Management: Oversee and strengthen relationships with key dealers and partners, ensuring optimal performance from third-party models, including direct sales and telesales channels, to consistently generate high-quality leads.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing partnership and sales team, setting clear objectives, providing strategic guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and success.
  • Performance and Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all partnership channels, providing in-depth analysis and reporting to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Budget and P&L Management: Manage the budget for partnership activities and campaigns, ensuring a strong return on investment and a positive contribution to the company's P&L.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to ensure our partnership strategy remains agile and effective.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Credit, and other departments to align on goals and ensure a seamless end-to-end partner experience.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 8-10] years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within the financial services industry.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong track record of building and managing successful teams.
  • Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to identify market opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and execute them effectively to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
