Job Description

OBJECTIVES:

Oversee and manage accounting-related projects which often involve implementing/ enhancing accounting information systems, implementing new accounting standards, or coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.

MAIN MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze current accounting processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for automation and improvement such as automating reconciliation and reporting to parent company.

- Develop detailed accounting projects plans to ensure they meet the company’s business requirements.

- Lead the implementation of new accounting systems or the upgrade of existing ones to ensure that they are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with the set goals.

- Coordinate with other teams to ensure the successful integration of accounting projects with other business processes.

- Perform other task assigned by managers.

Job Requirement

POSITION STANDARD - REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

- Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance

- From 2-5 years of professional experience; Less than 1 year of

- Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing English

- Technical accounting expertise in VAS and IFRS

- Expertise in accounting software and ERP systems. Ability to assess and implement new technologies to optimize accounting operations.

- Soft Skills: Ability to work towards results; Ability to work in a team/organization; Ability to innovate & continuously improve; Attention to detail & risk; Management and leadership skills
