Job Description

Develop plans for the development and management of strategic agents at SHBFinance service introduction points and cooperating agents with SHBFinance during each period
Develop strategies to attract and develop potential agents capable of distributing products/services to become business partners
Collaborate with the Head of Department in developing and evaluating the business performance of agencies, as well as the unit’s personnel plans (monthly/quarterly/annual). Develop KPI sets and internal personnel evaluation mechanisms for the unit
Coordinate, supervise, and conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate and report on the performance of each agency collaborating with SHBFinance
Monitor agencies to ensure compliance with SHBFinance’s regulations, general guidelines, and Vietnamese laws, thereby safeguarding service quality and protecting the company’s brand image
Develop and propose improvements to processes, products, and regulatory documents related to agency sanctions, aiming to align the agency network with SHBFinance’s strategic objectives. Additionally, implement control measures to prevent and deter agencies from engaging in unlawful activities
Research market information and competing agencies to conduct analysis and reporting, aiming to improve processes and regulations in line with market trends, thereby enhancing SHBFinance's value in the marketplace
Discuss with partners to implement assigned target plans and propose solutions to improve cooperation efficiency

Job Requirement

A.Knowledge, Experience

Qualification: University majoring in Finance and Banking
Experience: At least 3 years of business management experience - Priority experience in banking and finance industry
Language: Basic english communication or Toeic 500 or equipvalent degree
Understanding the company's products, services, and policies: Proficient in products and services

Ability to coordinate activities to create effective value
Reporting establishment, data managing abilities
Ability to work in groups/organizations
Ability to work towards results
Negotiation skills
Ability to capture information about competitors
