Senior Platform Ownership Executive

1) Product strategy & platform roadmap

• Define and manage platform vision, product strategy, and development roadmap aligned with business objectives

• Continuously evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to enhance platform capabilities

• Build business cases for new features, enhancements, and platform initiatives

• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on business impact and resource optimization

2) Product ownership & delivery execution

• Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization

• Work closely with engineering teams to drive feature development, ensure timely delivery, and remove execution blockers

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and user-centric platform experiences

• Define test cases, support UAT, and continuously refine product features based on user feedback

3) Cross-functional stakeholder management

• Partner with internal stakeholders including Business, Risk, Operations, Data, Digital Sales, Legal, and Compliance to gather and align requirements

• Work with external partners/vendors to ensure smooth implementation and delivery

• Facilitate alignment between business needs and technical feasibility

4) Platform optimization & performance improvement

• Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and feature effectiveness

• Identify opportunities to improve customer journey, system efficiency, and conversion metrics

• Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven insights

5) Compliance & risk governance

• Ensure platform compliance with regulatory, security, and internal governance standards

• Prepare and maintain required documentation for regulatory and audit purposes

• Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure product integrity and operational control

Experience & knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Banking, Technology, or related fields

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product ownership, platform management, or digital product roles

• Experience in digital banking, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer finance platforms is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of financial products, customer journeys, and digital ecosystems

• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)

Technical & product capabilities

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong capability in product backlog management, user story writing, and requirement documentation

• Good understanding of UX principles and customer-centric product design

• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and platform architecture is a strong advantage
