Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager/Project Expert in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities.

  • Track implementation progress, update timelines, and remind stakeholders to adhere to the plan.

  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and project operation meetings.

  • Consolidate and update work status from business units, technical teams, and partners

  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), progress reports, action lists, and related documents.

  • Manage, store, and track project documents such as SOW, BRD, FSD, test cases, deployment plansetc.

  • Track the execution of action items after meetings.

  • Assist in preparing documents for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-deployment operations.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Secretary, PMO, or Project Management Assistant

  • Priority given to candidates with experience in IT, banking, finance, or digital transformation projects.

  • Ability to multitask and track multiple assignments simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under shifting priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
