Education & Experience
- BA or Master (preferred). Major: Economic, Banking, Marketing, Technology
- At least 02 - 03 years of professional experience at companies in E-commerce, Digital Banking, Consumer Finance, Fintech/Edutech/Insurtech, etc.
Skills & Attributes
- Deep understanding of the unit's products and services. Possesses the ability to propose ideas for product and service enhancement. Capable of explaining the reasons for following specific procedures. Provides feedback to other units during the development and improvement of regulations/procedures.
- Skills Execute multi-channel user acquisition campaigns by target segments.
- Skills Analyze user behavior data and propose growth solutions.
- Ability to Collaborate with teams to optimize content and user experience.
