Job Description

Job Objective

  • We are looking for a Project Coordinator/Process Analyst with a solid technical foundation to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. You will coordinate end-to-end project activities, translate complex business requirements into clear workflows and mockups, and ensure smooth system delivery across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams — track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies; facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings
  • Design and document complex business workflow diagrams — produce detailed process flows, swimlane diagrams, and system interaction maps using tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Miro.
  • Create UI/UX wireframes and mockups — translate requirements into low-to-mid fidelity mockups using Figma or similar prototyping tools to align stakeholders before development begins
  • Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prepare test plans and test cases, guide end-users through UAT sessions, collect and consolidate feedback, and manage defect tracking through resolution.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks — maintain a clear backlog, apply priority frameworks (MoSCoW, urgency-impact matrix), and proactively communicate blockers and risks to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting — produce status reports, meeting minutes, requirement specifications, and handover documents to keep all parties aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a similar role in a technology environment.

Skills & Attributes

  • General understanding of programming concepts and system architecture; hands-on coding is not required, but familiarity with development processes is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC phases: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear and detailed business process workflows and system diagrams.
  • Experience creating wireframes or mockups and presenting them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of guiding end-users through UAT processes and managing defect resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

  • Familiarity with API concepts, database basics, or system integration patterns.

  • Background in LOS, Mobile App , or enterprise system implementation projects.
